How to Redeem Your Experience Voucher
1. Enter your voucher redemption code
2. Enter your three preferred booking dates
3. Enter your email address & contact number

Your Booking Request will be sent to the Experience Supplier, and you will receive a confirmation email of this with the Experience Suppliers details. The Supplier will contact you directly within 48 hours to confirm your booking. Enjoy!

Use your Gift Voucher

1. To use your Gift Voucher, search the eXcapades range to find your perfect experience

2. Remember you can purchase multiple items and/or add additional fund if the experience of your choice is higher than your voucher amount. Please note your total voucher amount must be used in one transaction or the remaining credit will be forfeit. See Terms & Conditions

3. When you have selected your experiences/s click the Add to Cart button and proceed to the Checkout

4. Select ‘eXcapades Gift Voucher’ as your Payment Method, then enter your voucher code and click ‘Assign Voucher’.

5. You voucher amount will be deducted from the total purchase price. If further payment is required, select your preferred Payment Method and follow the instructions.

6. Your Experience Voucher will be dispatched via your selected delivery method. To book your experience date, follow the instructions on the voucher.
