Are you a 'Hot Shot? This Hot Shot Jet Mission offers you an introduction to fighter combat manoeuvres and aerobatics under the control of some of Australia's most highly qualified and experienced pilots. You will experience exhilarating G-force and a range of military-style fighter pilot combat moves at high altitude. This will be the ride of your life!

Your Hot Shot Jet Mission is a 20 minute High Altitude Air Combat Mission in the BAC Strikemaster Jet.
On the day, you and your family and friends, will be met at the base. While the spectators get settled in, you will be fitted with a flight suit and safety gear ready for you flight mission. You will then meet with your pilot to discuss your jet fighter flight options accordingly to what you want to experience during your flight. Your flight will be tailored to suit you - from mild to wild.
Your pilot will then explain to you the jet flight mission, the geographical area of the flight operation, and brief you on what to expect. You will also run through important the safety procedures. You will have time to ask any questions you may have about the flight too.
Ready? Out onto the tarmac, you will be taken to your aircraft where the pilot will demonstrate safety procedures and give a final briefing, before climbing aboard. After you are seated and strapped into the aircraft, the jet canopy will be closed and the start-up procedures will commence. Your pilot will taxi onto the designated runway for take-off.
Let the fun begin! This flight will run you through the full range of aerobatics, acclimatizing you to the aircraft’s capabilities and G forces before moving into fighter tactical maneuvers that the jet was designed for. This mission is predominately operated at higher altitude to give you maximum value for your fuel allowance - not to mention a sensational view of the world!

- Flight suit and safety gear
- 30 minute pre-flight briefing and safety instruction session
- Photograph session with the fighter jet
- Taxi and take-off, with approx 20 minute Flight tailored to suit you
- Landing, debriefing and a chance to take more photographs at aircraft
- A chance to view all the other aircraft at the Port Macquarie base with a talk regarding the history of each plane.
