Adventure Description

A belly dancing party is a great opportunity for you to have some fun with your friends, family or work colleagues. Get everyone together and have an amusing time learning the sensual art of belly dancing.

- Enjoy a beautiful performance from a professional belly dancer to get you inspired.
- Then, you will not be able to help but wiggle and giggle upon tying on jingling coin belts (supplied).
- Feel the joy and endorphins learning some simple dance moves such as shimmies and hip flicks in an easy theatrical choreography
- Wrap on vibrant shimmering veils for a colourful group photo
- Enjoy a final solo performance then we will all shake those coin belts together!

Participant Conditions:

You will need to provide a suitable sound system for the performance and class.

Extra travel costs may be incurred for venues over 25kms from Coogee (one way).

Useful Information:

Dress Code: Middle Eastern, belly dance inspired fancy dress always adds to the fun. Otherwise just something comfortable. Long flowing skirts are great for the girls.

Weather: If you choose an outdoor venue for your belly dancing experience, you will need to have an alternate indoor venue arranged in case of poor weather.

Do I need to bring anything on the day? Bring a wide smile and a camera to capture it.

All ages shapes and sizes are encouraged and most welcome. Spectators are not allowed...unless they have an exceptional excuse, we like everyone to join in. So please advise of any guests who have injuries or are unable to participate.
