Collected Information
Information collected will be used for the administration of Online Rewards Programs, and for the purpose of booking the customer’s eXcapades adventure and all internal processes associated with that function.

If you are a participant in an Online Rewards Program your information will be provided to the Administrator of your program for the purpose of the administration of this program.

When you book an eXcapades adventure, we will need to pass on some personal information to the relevant supplier in order for them to carry out their tasks as it relates to your experience. Please note that the supplier is contractually obliged to protect that information and use it only for the purpose of confirming your booking and supplying your selected experience. If you book the adventure on behalf of a third party and provide their personal information to us, you must notify the third party of this Privacy Policy.

If you wish to register with our Website to become a member, purchase an experience/voucher and/or receive our marketing e-newsletter you will be requested to provide us with your full name and email address.

We will also request information from you when purchasing an experience or gift from the Website, over the telephone, or by order form. You must provide contact details including your name and contact telephone number, and postal address if requesting a Gift Pack by Express Post or Courier delivery. We will also require Financial information for billing purposes. If we have trouble processing an order on your behalf, we may contact you using the details you have provided us with.

Sometimes we may request information from users via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is entirely voluntary. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and mailing address), and demographic information (such as postcode, age).
