What types of Vouchers do you do?
Experience Voucher – Experience vouchers are for a specific experience from our range – eg Rally Driving.
Experience vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase and can be personalised with the recipients name and a message.
Gift Voucher – Gift vouchers are for a denomination amount – eg $250.00. (Minimum $50.00)
Gift vouchers are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase and can be used towards any experience in the eXcapades range. Gift vouchers can be used to purchase multiple items, or if the selected experience/s is higher than the voucher denomination, the recipient can make payment towards the remaining amount. Gift voucher can personalised with the recipients name and a message. Minimum
How can I order eXcapades Vouchers?
Ordering via our website 24 hours a day is quick, easy and secure. Vouchers are simply delivered via email, or can Express Posted in our eXcapades Gift Pack for presentation. A tax invoice is issued for all purchases, and payment can be made by credit card, cheque or direct deposit.
Can we have our Company Logo on Vouchers?

How many Vouchers can I order at one time?
You can order up to 10 vouchers online on our website www.excapades.com.au 24 hours a day.

Can I get a discount for a bulk order?
Whether we deliver one voucher, or one thousand vouchers, each customer receives individual attention from us to make sure their experience is the best it can be. We have a great relationship with our experience suppliers, and have negotiated best pricing so you can be assured that your voucher recipients will be getting the best value too.
How are Vouchers delivered?
It’s your choice. Vouchers are simply delivered via email, or can Express Posted in our eXcapades Gift Pack for presentation. Who runs the event on the day?
We act as an agent, meaning that we arrange the event for you, and the day itself will be conducted by one of our fabulous suppliers. This is similar to a travel agent who will book you on a flight with a particular airline for example. We will provide you will all the details of the supplier upon booking.
If you have any issues on the day, please attempt to resolve them with the supplier first. If not, we can speak to the supplier on your behalf. Rest assured, all our suppliers have been selected for the quality of their experience, high standard of customer service and attention to your safety. We only use the best in their particular line of business and we also have a copy of their insurance details to ensure you have the best day – or night – possible.
