All links or web banners supplied to approved affiliates have secure tracking functionality unique to each affiliate. The system automatically keeps track of the number of visitors that get to our site via clicking through our banner on an affiliate’s website. Each time one of these visitors makes a purchase, our system will track those products purchased from our site. Without doing anything at all, an affiliate will earn a 5% commission on each purchase made, with a 30 day cookie duration – which means that when an affiliate refers a customer to us and that customer purchases from us again within the 30 day period, the affiliate will earn an additional 5% commission for the subsequent sale. Commissions will be deposited directly into a nominated bank account within 7 days of the end of each month. Affiliate code will be active during the duration of the session.

Once you are an approved affiliate, we will issue you with a username and a password. This will give you access to comprehensive online reporting and an affiliate administration area, all accessed via the Excapades website. This will enable you to very simply keep track of the number of referrals and sales at any time. This password protected affiliate area will also give you access to a number of banners and buttons to choose from for your site. Gift finders can also be used on your site, which will be linked directly to our adventures and gifts.

Once accepted, you will be able to login either by going to the “Affiliate" tab at the top of the Home page or go to the "Affiliate Program" panel and click on "Login here" link.
